Andrew has extensive global experience. Having made UK partner and set up the Supply Chain Operations Practice in the UK he then went to Asia for several years and grew the consulting practise for KPMG across that region.
During his time in Europe and Asia he has built extensive global board relationships and led, and delivered transformation projects for blue chip organisations. In addition to these clients he has developed strategies for a number of charities. He strongly believes in delivering transformation value in culture and identity as well as P&L.
Julian specialises in delivering all aspects of Business and Operational Transformation. He has experience across a number of functions. His strategic outlook, technical knowledge and understanding of latest technologies, human resource development and change management skills enables him to direct projects for organisations in the development and execution of their business strategies as well as the implementation of innovative and fundamental change. He has worked with the Boards of many of the world’s largest organisations coaching them through significant strategic change programmes.
He is currently a visiting Professor at the Cardiff School of Management
David has experience across all aspects of Business and Operational Transformation. His career, including Senior roles in both Industry and “Big 4” consulting businesses has spanned a broad range of functions. He is not only able to think strategically but also to operationalise that thinking. He has demonstrated strong change management and operational skills in the development and execution of business strategies.
